“Modulo” Hi-Tech modular oven. Baking chamber in embossed steel or in stone.

Digital control panel. Available in 1, 2 or 3 decks.

Very economical to run. Available in gas or electric models. Chamber sizes:       60cm (w) x 80cm (d) x 18cm (h)

“Rialto” Hi-Tech modular oven. Baking chamber in embossed steel or in stone. Digital control panel. Available with 1, 2 or 3 decks, in a range of colours. Also available in double door model (as shown). Gas or electric models available.

Rotary ovens in a range of sizes and capacities from 18 trays (single trolley) up to 72 trays (double trolley). Suitable for any type of bread or pastry product. Gas or electric models available.

Annular steam tube ovens in a range of sizes. Sophisticated steam circulation technology provides outstanding cooking results with a high quantity of steam. Each deck with independent steam control. Available from 2 to 4 decks (from 12 trays up to 48 trays). Gas/gasoil/diesel or electric models available.

“Ministar” annular steam tube ovens for SMALL SPACES. Ideal for traditional-style baking of bread, pizza, pastries and cakes. Each deck with independent steam generator. Available from 2 to 5 decks, with total baking areas up to 8m2 approx.

Gas/gasoil/diesel or electric models available. Optional manual loader/unloader.

MODULAR OVENS, DECK OVENS, ROTATIVE OVENS, STEAM-TUBE OVENS, ELECTRICAL, GAS, DIESEL, GAS-OIL… ALL SIZES and CAPACITIES!

Automatic thermal cycle ovens. Heat is transmitted by combustion fume recycling through heater channels on top & bottom of baking chamber. Available in various sizes up to a maximum of 68 trays (45cm x 75cm). Electric, gas or gasoil. Suitable for all types of bread.

Industrial annular steam-tube tunnel oven. Available with up to 3 decks, each with independent steam control. Computerised control panel with memory for 99 recipes. Available in various sizes with baking areas from 20m2 up to 80m2  approx. Production of up to 8000 loaves per hour.

“Amalfi” Hi-Tech electric modular oven. Baking chamber entirely in stone (top, bottom & sides) with inbuilt heating elements. Digital control panel. Available in a range of 6 colours (black, brick, white, cream, yellow, blue). Very popular and versatile oven that can cook bread, ciabatta, focaccia, pizza, roasts, and many other products.

Electrical deck ovens of various sizes. Available in 2, 3, 4 or 5 deck models. With refractory brick baking surface. Very economical to run. Each deck with independent control. Models from 12 trays up to 36 trays.

Automatic, semi-automatic and manual loading and unloading systems for large ovens.  Saves on labour costs (at least one person less!)

Range of woodfired ovens for bread, focaccia, pizza and other products. Various sizes and styles available, including rotating hearth models.
