PASTA COOKERS These revolutionary, cost-effective and labour-saving machines cook any type of pasta to perfection, including gnocchi, ravioli, tortellini and lasagne. Available in gas, electric or steam-operated models, each pasta cooker requires only three operations: set the cooking program, introduce pasta and salt, and, when the cook cycle is over, discharge the pasta. The heating system automatically switches off when the desired water temperature is reached, which means a saving on energy costs. The pasta is automatically mixed through a special pump and control valve, which eliminates sticking, clotting and breaking. The pasta cookers are fully constructed in stainless steel, and are available in the following models: C40 (7kg loading capacity—250 to 350 servings per hour) C40/2 (7kg+7kg loading capacity—500 to 700 servings per hour) C80 (20kg loading capacity—800 to 1000 servings per hour) C80/2 (20kg+20kg loading capacity—1500 to 2000 servings/hour) Industrial models also available, complete with cooling system: C150 (150kg/hr cooked product) and C300 (300kg/hr cooked product) |
